Kelly was raised in Vancouver, Washington, where she graduated from Hudson’s Bay High School in 1992. She then went on to graduate from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance, Personnel Psychology and Human Resources.
Kelly started her finance career in 1996 at an independent investment advisory firm, where she worked for 12 years prior to joining Delta Financial Group (now merged with City Fiduciary Group). Kelly specializes in the wealth management process including the development of investment strategy, asset allocation and investment manager due diligence. Additionally, she establishes plans for her clients focused in the areas of wealth transfer, retirement, investment, tax, risk management and estate planning.
In her spare time, she enjoys being active, cooking, exploring local restaurants and wineries, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
